Description & Applications:
Audiolec's AV2 is a two channel, microcontroller
based, audio frequency voltmeter. It also has
provision for measuring AF output power &
SPL.
Absorption load resistors required
for power measurement are external (optional).
AF power is calculated from measured value of
V as V2/R where R is user set value. Largest measurable
AF power is limited byinstrument's voltage rating
(200V rms) and power rating of external load resistors.
SPL is measured using external (optional) microphone.
Measuring range is from 45dB to 140dB.
Applications are in measuring
gain, frequency response, channel difference,
cross talk, output power, acoustic output of stereo/mono
audio systems and devices, stereo recorders, multimedia
systems, PA & HiFi amplifiers, audio transformers,
loudspeakers, telephone headsets, headphones.
