Repairs/Calibration are done at our premises in Pune. Instruments can be sent through any cargo courier, eg. Gati or Safexpress. Since Octroi is charged at Pune, a declaration that the Instrument is being sent for repairs/ calibration, together with its Book Value, must accompany the consignment. Freight charges and Octroi are to be borne by the customer.

Our Service Technician visits users to check Instruments there and, if necessary, carry out repairs.
